Print Wonders provides customized printing services. Due to the nature of printing, refunds and cancellations are handled carefully and fairly.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before printing begins
  • Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible for customized items
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

  • An order is cancelled before production
  • There is a significant issue caused directly by our process

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fully customized products once printing has started
  • Orders approved and confirmed by the customer

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
